Day 6...Belize

Our next stop was Belize. The best part was the ship docked right in the middle of the ocean and we had to take a smaller boat ride to the island. We had an hour drive through some very interesting parts of town before we made it to our excursion. We chose to go cave tubing and zip lining. It was so fun except for the smell of the helmets made me want to vomit!!

We also got to do a little shopping and bartering with the locals. Jon loves to do that but it was pretty damn scary so we hurried back to the boat!!

Day 5- Roatan Honduras

2/9/2010

We went to a privite beach for a little R&R along with some snorkling. The water was so beautiful...crystal clear blue. We split up into two different groups and went out on the boat. In my group was Jerian & KC, Matt & Jamie, Mandi & James, and Jon & I. It was so much fun. Then when we got back to the beach we were able to lay out and relax. Jon, James, Jerian and I even enjoyed a massage on the beach!!! It was perfect.

Day 4 --- 2/8/2010

Our first port of call was beautiful Cozumel Mexico! We didn't have any plans for the day. We knew we wanted to find a beach and relax so we were off to rent scooters (We did that last time we went and had so much fun). Our cruise director warned everyone about scooter rentals (he scared us into thinking we were gonna get hurt) so we ended up bartering with the locals and got a killer deal!! For $15 per person we received our access, transportation to and from a Private beach, and the use of snorkel gear. No scooters (Just a safe van ride) but the place they took us was beautiful! We snorkeled and relaxed by the amazing crystal clear blue water. We even enjoyed some outstanding chips and guacamole. A perfect day!!

Back on the boat that night it was ELEGANT dinner night. I love getting dressed up all fancy. We never dress up @ home so it was way fun for me! (Not so much for Jon)

Day 3 Fun day @ sea- 2/7/2010

Superbowl Sunday was spent laying out enjoying the sun.

Cruise 2010

We flew out the day before our cruise and stayed in a hotel by Orlando airport (Jerian got us cheap rooms from priceline!!). Our plane left SL around 4pm. We had a layover in Denver that was suppose to be a few hours. Well our plane was having "mechanical issues" in the cockpit. WHAT that's not the kind of news you want to hear just before your 4 hour flight. So anyway we had to wait for 2 extra hours before a new plane was ready. We landed in Orlando @ 2am so by the time we got to our hotel we were exhausted!!

We cruised on the Carnival Dream. It was a brand new boat that first sailed October 2009.

* once on the boat we found our rooms (We all had rooms in the front of the boat which was cool to look out our window and see where we were going!)

We toured around the city on water and ate lots of yummy food!!

I really am working on posting cruise pictures. We had the most fantastic time ever. I am so glad we decided to go with such great people. It was a much needed VACATION!!

The kids have been busy. Kenyon has been playing competitive basketball since November. They have been in 4 leagues and a handful of tournaments. They took first place in Brigham comp league!!

Kamberlyn is busy with basketball, clogging, cheer, dance, and duet practice.

Miss Klaire is well just plain busy!! She enjoys going "commando" to church! **NOTE TO SELF... Quit working Sundays
